How to manifest your destiny

We humans are the only living things in this world that were given the free will to choose the life that we want and manifest our destiny. Here are quick and easy steps on how to manifest your own destiny.

1) Meditating – Being in a calm and quiet place relaxes your mind, body, and soul. Look for a place such as this and get a comfortable chair where you can be left undisturbed. While sitting comfortably, close your eyes and breathe slowly for 10 minutes to help your self rethink over what is going on in your life.

2) Ask for the things that you wish to have in your life – Following what your heart desires is the key to achieving the things that you want. We tend to go for things based on the wants and needs of others that is why we never get to enjoy and achieve the things that we aspire to have. So if you really want things to change, reflect on these questions. What is it that you want? What kind of work do you want to have? What house do you want to live in? What are the material things that you need? Ponder on these questions and decide what you really want.

3) Explain everything that you want specifically – If you define the things or the life that you wish to have, it gives you a more complete view. It makes your future goals more realistic and attainable and not just a mere dream. It will set your subconscious thoughts with a message that will bring you closer to things and people that will lead you to what you want.

4) Build a vision wall – In order for your plans to become more realistic, make a vision wall that contains all the pictures of the things and places on it. This will give you a representation of what you want in your life later on. Your mind will be fixed to work on it and you will realize that you are sooner getting closer to it.

5) Put it into action as soon as possible – there is no time to sit and wait for the chances in life to arrive. You have to grab hold of it once you see it coming your way. As Joe Vitale said in ‘The Secret,’ “the Universe loves speed. Do not delay and take action.” So what are you waiting for? Go for it and take risks.

6) Be consistent – If you have started doing things that will get you to your dreams, you have to maintain that momentum and enthusiasm. Continue to have that attitude by being productive everyday. You should always do things that make you learn new things.

Our world is filled with a lot of opportunities and possibilities. There are always chances for each one to reach their destiny. The only thing you have to learn is to know what you want and know how to get it. Start now and apply these useful steps.

Quitting Smoking Benefits

Quitting an addiction which you’ve had most of your life is be extremely difficult. Many smokers want to quit their unhealthy habit, but procrastinate because they think that it’s too late or too difficult for them to quit. Fortunately this is not true. It is never too late to dump a bad habit.

The whole process of stopping smoking will probably take a long time and will require dedication and courage by the smoker. However, although at first it may be difficultl to stop being addicted to nicotine, as a smoker who wants to stop, it is better to focus on the long-term benefits of stopping smoking.

It’s a well-known fact that smoking causes all sorts of cancers and illnesses. Experts say that each time a person smokes a cigarette, he or she loses some of their life time, health, cash and even respect. We live in a world where there are so many anti-smoking agencies and institutions working against smoking that smokers are generally not seen in a good light. So why not think about the benefits of stopping smoking and lose your addiction instead of losing everything for the sake of a cigarette?

They say that health is wealth and one of the most important benefits of stopping smoking is good health. It does not matter whether you’ve smoked for a couple of years or have been a chain smoker all your life. What matters is that you have decided to quit. Starting from that day, you will be able to live a richer life with fewer infections meaning less time in hospital.

The benefits of stopping smoking are not only an improvement in health and an increase in life span, but it can also have a positive effect on social life. Once a smoker stops this deadly addiction he or she will have a lower risk of developing cancer and heart disease. It will also mean that the ex-smoker will breathe in fresher air instead of cigarette smoke, which will mean less instances of coughing and breathlessness.

The benefits of stopping smoking are endless. As smoking can have an adverse effect on the sexual health of people, quitting the habit would mean that the fertility rate will be improved. Unlike in the past, you’ll have whiter teeth, fresher breath and have a higher energy level. The people around you can be happy that they can finally have fresh air to breathe. Another benefit is the savings in your purse. Cigarette packs are costly. Stopping smoking would mean that the money that was spent on cigarettes could be used for other reasons, such as pampering yourself with luxuries.

The benefits of stopping smoking are indeed many and the advantages of smoking are yet to be discovered. Sure, it brings in a lot of tax revenue and keeps some people in gainful employment, but then smokers also take more time off sick and spend more time in hospital than their non-smoking colleagues. Smokers reply that it calms their nerves, but so would other relaxation techniques such as yoga even sitting down. Let’s face it, public opinion has moved against smoking with smokers more often than not being vilified and pitied these days. Smokers also look rather silly nipping out of the office, restaurant or pub for a cigarette every hour or so, don’t they?
