When you have your baby you figure that the hard portion is done, right? Well that was in all likelihood before you looked in the looking glass and observed that you have loaded on a handful of ugly pounds that you could do without. For me, I did not even notice that I’d put on so much pounds until I attempted to put on an old set of shorts. Those shorts would not even fit on a single leg not to mention my hips. I had been trying not to consume too much water for the reason that it would make me heavier each time I stepped on the weighing machine. After I began just drinking some water and losing baby fat I really got into the exercise part. I got much more energy and the program made sense. Once I got started out I didn’t quit and now I am back down to my goal weight! I am so happy that I started this strategy and worked to see results.
